At Imagelights, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty to the original buyer that covers manufacturer’s defects. For electrical wiring and accessories, this protection is extended for three seasons of use, with a season defined as one installation and removal lasting no more than 120 consecutive days. Replaceable bulbs are covered for two seasons, and LED light strings are covered for one season.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by rough handling, transit, or weather elements, nor does it cover bulb burnouts or electrical damage caused by the buyer. It is important to inspect and test for bulb outages upon delivery and prior to installation to ensure the best possible performance from your Imagelights.
Additionally, our warranty does not cover the cost of labor for installation and removal, or shipping costs. If you plan to leave your Imagelights up for longer than three winter months, they will not be covered by our warranty. We recommend taking the necessary precautions to protect your lights and ensure they are working properly before the winter season begins.
